We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and well-resourced school. Reliability and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential for the post, as are proven maintenance skills and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our pupils and staff.

Key duties will include ensuring school security, health and safety compliance, minor and routine maintenance work, reporting and /or responding to building maintenance issues and other matters as required, maintaining records as required and manage the work of our Assistant Caretaker.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passionate drive to maintain and develop our site as well as a desire to contribute positively to the whole school. Training in safeguarding, health and safety, legionella and fire marshalling would be advantageous but appropriate training will be given.

You would be joining a team of Staff and Governors, who are committed to enabling our children to achieve their best within a friendly, inclusive atmosphere and the best possible work environment. Our success can also be attributed to our wonderful pupils, who regularly display caring and thoughtful attitudes towards others, have a highly positive attitude towards their learning and take immense pride in their school surroundings.

If you feel that you are the person for the job, then we would love to hear from you!
