Working Pattern:
This is a day shift role. The substantive post will be a straight-through shift during the school day; however, the successful candidate will need to offer a degree of flexibility to cover staff absence and support school events when required.

Your Mission as Site Manager

You’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving our school facilities, ensuring they’re safe, secure, and always at their best.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of two site technicians and a security officer, and oversee the work of our cleaning contractors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access, support lunchtime logistics, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-solving & Maintenance: Take ownership of repairs, contractor management, and compliance tasks, always with an eye on health and safety.
  • Facilities Management: Keep systems like alarms, lighting, and heating running smoothly, while ensuring our site is pristine and welcoming.
  • Development & Growth: Learn new skills, share your knowledge, and help us achieve excellence in everything we do.

The Trinity Catholic School serves the children and families of the City of Nottingham and its surrounding areas.
