(Monday – Thursday 7.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. – 6.15 p.m.

Friday 7.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. – 6.15 p.m.)

The Board of Governors of St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School, part of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”), are now seeking to appoint to the role of Site Manager, to join our proud and successful school on a permanent contract, part-time.

St Andrew’s Catholic School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our team of staff. We are looking for an approachable person with good interpersonal skills, an engaging professional committed to work, alongside a friendly and hardworking team to support the children in their care.

The successful candidate will:

support the values and ethos of St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School

have experience of working in a school environment

be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, which includes buildings and grounds

take appropriate action to identify, evaluate and minimise any risks to health, safety and security in the school working environment

comply with school’s policies and procedures

establish constructive relationships and communication with all staff and other professionals

recognise own strengths and areas of expertise and use these to advise and support others

participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required

be able to work under own initiative

be a reflective and flexible practitioner

to committed to promoting the Catholic Ethos of our school

work effectively with our staff team at St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School
