St. Francis is a small, single form entry Catholic Primary school in Nailsea, North Somerset. Our children, staff and parents/carers come together as one family making it a special place to work.

Our friendly primary school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated Site Manager, who would provide a key role in maintaining our school site and to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.

Duties will include:

Maintain the school property and grounds to a high standard; including leading a small team of cleaning staff and undertaking some cleaning duties

Monitor site stock, order supplies and handle/move deliveries

Carry out DIY and general site work

We are seeking someone who:

is happy, friendly and welcoming

can remain calm and positive under pressure

can work effectively as part of a busy team

Working hours are: 3 hours (Fridays) and 4 hours (flexible Monday -Thursday). There is potential option for overtime during school holidays.
