Vacancy: Site Manager, based at Elmstead Wood Primary - a Spring Trust school
Grade: TSPT 7 - 8 (point 22 - 28)
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks a year
(25 days holiday plus bank holidays)
Salary: £29,166 - £34,399 per annum
Start date: September 2025
We are looking to appoint an effective, reliable Site Manager to ensure the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school’s premises, providing a clean and safe environment for users of the buildings and grounds.
The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring that any sites they are based at are clean, tidy and that the health, safety and welfare of children, staff and visitors is a priority.

The successful applicant will be subject to a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) formally (CRB) disclosure and checks regarding proof of ID, medical clearance and the right to work in the UK.
