Site Manager job summary
We have an opportunity to appoint a skilled, reliable and trust worthy person to the post of Site Manager.
Duties include:
- Managing the site assistants, cleaning staff and grounds and lettings personnel;
- Ensuring health and safety standards for the site are maintained;
- General maintenance of the buildings and grounds, project management of work involving contractors;
- Overseeing the security of the site, providing out of hours and emergency access to the school site.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of premises and general maintenance;
- Be physically fit;
- Enjoy working as part of a team;
- Be able to prioritise tasks and use own initiative;
- Have a good understanding of health and safety regulations within a school setting.
