Site Operative

Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, full year

Salary: LGS Scale 3/4, SCP 5-11 (£25,584 - £28,142)

Start date: ASAP

Are you passionate about providing a secure, well maintained and safe environment for students? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for an efficient and motivated Site Operative to join our team at Arrow Vale High School and work at Matchborough First School.

The role involves locking and unlocking the building, performing minor repairs and maintenance, conducting health and safety checks and supervising any contractors on site.

The successful candidate will have the ability to;

-work independently

-have a practical approach to the tasks in hand.

-use effective communication skills; written, oral and ICT skills

- hold a valid driving licence

-You may be required to support other schools within the Central Region Schools Trust where appropriate. Flexibility during busy periods is essential and you should be able to work split shifts as and when required.
