Site Operative job summary
Full Year, 40 hours per week (37.5 hours based at Austhorpe Primary and 2.5 hours based at Colton Primary), Monday - Friday 7.30am-11.45am and 2.45pm - 6.30pm
A house is available for rent to the successful candidate, if required.
We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Site Operative to join our amazing school community. If you’re dedicated, proactive, and ready to play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for our staff and students, we would love to hear from you! You will be responsible for the smooth running, safety, and upkeep of our school site, overseeing maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe and inviting space for pupils, staff, and visitors.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will :
- Take pride in leading tasks efficiently and managing a variety of responsibilities with confidence.
