Site Supervisor job summary

Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust’s electronic reporting system. You’ll work as part of a small team of three people and will often be working unsupervised on your own initiative.

Whilst the role is 37 hours per week, you’ll work a rotating weekly shift pattern of either mornings or afternoons. Mornings will be 6.30am until 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and until 2pm on Fridays, and afternoons will be 10.30am until 6.30pm, Monday to Thursday and until 6pm on Fridays. There will also be occasional later evenings for events and parents’ evenings which will allow for a later start time. During the school holidays, you will typically work 8am until 4pm.
