Site Supervisor job summary

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to support Ashcombe Primary School. This is an exciting and rare opportunity where the successful candidate will impact upon the children, families, staff and community for a local Primary School and as part of a Multi-Academy Trust. We are looking for a suitably skilled person who is willing to undertake training to be able to deliver the best facilities support for our school. As well as working as part of a team, candidates must be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative.

Generally, daily tasks will include the opening of the school site and preparation for the school day, carrying out duties to ensure the school remains compliant, responding to scheduled and ad hoc tasks and general oversight of the school’s security. Induction and training will be provided to prepare for the undertaking of the role. Support from the school and KMAT Premises Team will be available enabling the successful candidate to transition into the role and team.
