Site Supervisor job summary
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and friendly Site Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in keeping our school safe, clean, and ready for learning every single day. This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and being an essential part of a community-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our School Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Securingthe school site daily
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors
- Carrying out basic repairs, maintenance tasks, and supporting with larger refurbishment projects
- Supporting with site security, fire and lockdown procedures
- Ensuring classrooms, halls, and outside areas are tidy, functional, and well-presented
- Assisting with setting up rooms for lessons, meetings, and school events
- Helping to ensure the school complies with health & safety standards
