Site Technician - Lettings (Term Time Only) job summary

An opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff in a growing Multi Academy Trust.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Site Technician - Lettings, to ensure out of school hours activities are organised and delivered safely and effectively including pool operation and setting up and packing away of equipment.

The Wilnecote School is part of The Community Academies Trust which is a successful, forward-thinking organisation which maintains high expectations of staff and students.

We are seeking a Site Technician - Lettings,who will be a key part of our team, who will ensure the facility is set up and ready for use by hirer. This will include maintaining toiletries and sanitary products and setting up and packing away of equipment, and ensure the facility is locked and secured each day after use.

Working pattern: -

Monday - 3.30pm - 10pm (6.5 hours)

Tuesday - 3.30pm - 10.30pm (7 hours)

Thursday - 3.30pm - 10pm (6.5 hours)

Total - 20 hours per week.

Successful applicants will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people including, staff, students, parents and the general public.
