Sixth Form Admin Assistant job summary
Are you highly motivated, well organised and thrive in an ever changing and busy environment? Then Rainhill Sixth is the place for you.
We are looking to appoint a highly efficient and accurate Administrator with a positive attitude to join our Sixth form team. You will provide front line reception, as well as being responsible for all administrative and clerical duties, student data management and co-ordinating SIMS for the efficient running of the Sixth form centre.
The successful candidate will have worked in a busy office environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, be computer literate and is able to multi task. As well as working as part of a team, you will also be expected to use your own initiative, be proactive and will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.

Rainhill High School is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form centre located in Rainhill, Merseyside, England.
The school converted to an academy under Rainhill Learning Village in March 2017. More recently, the school has become part of the Stephenson Trust.
The school is the official Liverpool F.C. Academy Education Centre in Merseyside for under-18 players to be educated. Notable former pupils from the academy include Raheem Sterling and Trent Alexander-Arnold. The school has recently partnered with FA FE to strengthen post-16 education for the players. FE FA is owned and run by Robbie Fowler, former Liverpool and England footballer.
In addition to Liverpool FC, it has formal partnerships with Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Liverpool John Moores University and University of Leeds.
