Sixth Form Administration Assistant job summary

Salary based on 26.5 hours per week, working 38 weeks plus 2

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Head of Sixth Form, the sixth form pastoral team and sixth form students.

An understanding of school systems and experience of working in a school setting is desirable but it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach.

You should be able to prioritise work, have good organisational skills and work with a high degree of confidentiality and as part of a team. You should have a good standard of literacy and numeracy and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
