What skills and experience we're looking for

We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting a professional and enthusiastic individual to join the Sixth Form team. The successful candidate will organise and manage an efficient and effective administration role, ensuring a ‘customer’ focus is paramount within the school. The successful applicant will provide an effective and efficient support service to the Sixth Form Management Team and Mentor Team and will be the first point of contact for students, parents and staff.

Finham Park 2 is an exciting, friendly and supportive 11-19 co-educational comprehensive school based on the West side of Coventry near the border of Solihull and close to Warwick University. We opened in September 2015 with 120 students and have grown year on year, including our 6th form, which opened in 2020.

Finham Park 2 School is a smaller than average 11-18 secondary school serving communities in a 1-2 mile radius around the school in Coventry. The school therefore has a comprehensive intake of pupils. Finham Park 2 was judged by Ofsted as ‘Good’ in June 2018, and much progress has been made since the last inspection. The Published Admissions Number (PAN) is 120 with a temporary increase to 150 pupils in 2023 and 2024. There is real potential to grow Sixth Form provision over the next few years as part of a Trust-wide strategy. It is our belief that Finham Park 2 will become a learning community to rival the best on a national and international stage in the future.
