Sixth Form and Boarding Administrator job summary
Are you organised and personable with a brilliant eye for detail? We are seeking to recruit an efficient and detail-orientated administrator to support our Sixth Form Leadership Team and Boarding Staff.
Working closely with both the Sixth Form Leadership Team and our Boarding Staff, you will support their work by offering administration support, including note taking at team meetings.
We are looking for an individual who has:
- Proven experience of working in an administrative role.
- Strong IT skills, in particular experience of working with Microsoft Office.
- Some knowledge of school management software, such as Bromcom or SIMS, is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Experience of working in a school environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
