Sixth Form Attendance Officer job summary
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and be a highly disciplined and self-motivated individual, who will jointly undertake the smooth and efficient running of the Sixth Form Support and Attendance Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Attendance management of all Sixth Form students
Maintaining and updating fire registers
Support the administration of exams and mock exams
Provide other administrative support for the Sixth Form team including trips,
student car parking, finance, ordering and supporting the organisation of evening
events
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience of working in an educational institution
Experience of working with Sixth Form students
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience of working in a team and on own initiative
Experience and a working knowledge of a range of ICT applications
