What skills and experience we're looking for

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Excellent communicator – sensitive, compassionate, empathetic andeffective

Studied to a minimum standard of GCSE (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths

Use of ICT for administrative purposes, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience of an organisational approach to a busy office

Experience of dealing with difficult and challenging behaviour

Experience of working with vulnerable children and/or adults
