• Pay scale: Support Staff Fringe pay scale, points 19-22, £31,733-£33,360 per annum, full time equivalent salary (£27,347.60- £28,749.75 actual salary)

What skills and experience we're looking for

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Excellent communicator – sensitive, compassionate, empathetic andeffective

Studied to a minimum standard of GCSE (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths

Use of ICT for administrative purposes, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience of an organisational approach to a busy office

Experience of dealing with difficult and challenging behaviour

Experience of working with vulnerable children and/or adults
