What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a highly committed, professional and forward-thinking individual as Behaviour Manager at Rowhill School in Aldershot.

The right candidate will have significant previous experience supporting children with complex behavioural needs, identified with, but not limited to, ASD, SEMH, SEBD; have worked as part of a leadership team in a management/supervisory role and able to contribute to the development of strategy, compliance and be committed to improving the learning expertise and emotional wellbeing of all children and young people.

The role will be for 36 hours a week, 39 weeks per year Monday to Friday, to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be: -

  • Passionate about inclusion supporting all students to gain an inspirational education both academically and pastorally.

  • An outstanding practitioner with high expectations of students’ achievement and behaviour who is committed to providing high quality pastoral support.

  • Able to maintain and drive forward outstanding standards whilst meeting the needs of a very vulnerable group of students.

  • An excellent communicator who is able to work inclusively with students, staff, parents and external professionals.
