Working Pattern Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

What You’ll Do:
Build Relationships: Establish meaningful connections with students, creating a positive and professional presence within the Sixth Form.
Shape Character: Play a key role in developing our students’ character values. Character is never fixed; it’s an ongoing journey.
Collaborate: Liaise with pastoral staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need.
Promote Excellence: Be a role model for high expectations of student behaviour and inclusion.
Your skills:
Experience working with young people.
Initiative: Prioritise tasks and see them through to completion.
Effective and Professional Communication with students, staff and parents.
Adaptability: Embrace change and new practices.
Independence: Work effectively without direct supervision.
