Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Salary: Pathway 3 Points 9-13 - £21,737.60 - £23,255.48 (FTE £25,119 - £26,873) per annum

If so, we want you to join our team as a Sixth Form Student Support Officer!
Your Role:
As a Sixth Form Student Support Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that all students receive exceptional support throughout the entire academic day. Working closely with the Sixth Form Leadership team, you’ll provide vital administration support, monitoring both academic progress and character development.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining attendance systems, implementing intervention measures, and supporting the application process and transition to Sixth Form. You will support in maintaining a positive environment in our Sixth Form study area and in the organisation of calendared events.
You will have excellent communication skills including written, face to face and on the telephone. You are able to establish good working relationships with students, parents/carers and other members of staff. You understand the importance of adhering to our Academy’s Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
