Sixth Form Study Centre Resource and Information Officer job summary

Sixth Form Administration
- Assist the Sixth Form Administrator as required to maintain up-to-date attendance records for Sixth Form students, student absence form process and administering interventions.
- To assist the Sixth Form Administrator in organising Information Evenings and Parents Evenings as appropriate and help out the organisation of the Sixth Form Open Evening and other KS5 evening events as required.
- To assist teachers in maintaining student logs.
- To administer the Sixth Form Points System and create letters home as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support for the Sixth Form team
- Organise and administer sixth form and whole school trips as required.
Student Contact
- Supervise the Study Centre 8.15am-4.15pm.
- Manage the Supervised study rooms, Laptop bookings, Sixth Form resources and the Prefect team and the Head boy/girl duty rota.
Sixth Form Resources
- To operate a lending scheme for students to access resources.
- Help produce display materials in consultation with staff.
- Have an understanding of curriculum, subject and project research requirements.
