Hours: 37 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)
Working pattern: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 4pm, Friday, 8am – 3.30pm
Salary: Pathway 4, points 14 -18, £24,405 - £26,054 per annum (FTE £28,624 -£30,559)

Your role:
As a Sixth Form Study Centre Supervisor at Queen Katharine Academy, you will be at the heart of our vibrant Sixth Form, ensuring a productive and supportive atmosphere. Your role involves supervising students, maintaining a positive learning environment, and providing guidance to help students make the most of their study time. You will also assist with administrative tasks related to transitions into and out of Key Stage 5 and support the organisation of Sixth Form events. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with students and staff. You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and have a good working knowledge of IT. Experience in a school environment is desirable, but not essential. Most importantly, you should be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
