What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a well-organised and experienced colleague to support the Sixth Form leadership team in providing an exceptional student experience within an environment where learners are enabled to embrace a strong curriculum, a wide and rich set of experiences and one which prepares them for future opportunities, study and employment. The role includes overseeing the provision for students as they prepare for their future with specific focus on higher education, employment and apprenticeships.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
