Social, Emotional and Mental Health Therapist job summary

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Team.

The primary focus of the role is to improve the social, emotional and mental health of pupils by providing counselling / therapy services to children and young people within the Academy. This role will involve working under the direction of the SENDCo to deliver sessions to pupils with Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs), on a one to one / small group basis. This role will also include supporting the development and knowledge of the wider staff team in relation to improving practice across the Academy.
