What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who

  • Is able to plan and deliver SEMH interventions
  • Has experience of working as a teaching assistant or equivalent role in an educational setting
  • Is able to provide a genuine caring approach to students
  • Is resilient, flexible and able to work under pressure
