What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who
- Is able to plan and deliver SEMH interventions
- Has experience of working as a teaching assistant or equivalent role in an educational setting
- Is able to provide a genuine caring approach to students
- Is resilient, flexible and able to work under pressure
