What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic SENDCo who will be responsible for maximising the progress of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across our school. We already have a Complex Needs Provision Leader who leads and manages our 15-place provision and the SENDCo will work with this Leader as well as managing the very high level of need within our mainstream school.

The role will be non-class based but will include the daily teaching of English to a group of SEND
