We say “yes” to trying new things and know the sky's the limit for the children that come here. Staff are trusted and encouraged to take risks. Most of all, the staff are a team who support each other, welcome others and provide positive role models for all.

We are looking to appoint a full time SENDCO with experience of working with students (currently approximately 100 students) with a range of additional needs and a knowledge of SEND provision and support.

You will hold the National SENCO Award or have a willingness to complete the qualification. You will be able to effectively lead and manage the team of Teaching Assistants and work closely with parent/carers and professionals.

* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt

* Can create an environment in which our students feel especially safe, valued and happy

* A high degree of personal integrity, strong personal drive, and resilience
