Crocketts Community Primary is a thriving multi-cultural primary school in the heart of Smethwick. We have high levels of SEND including 12 full time children in our focused provision for children with physical and medical needs.
We are a very hard-working team who are driven to improve the life chances of our children. All staff are trained in trauma and attachment and the successful candidate will be trained to use emotion coaching. Staff are expected to use this approach with all children in order to ensure that children, including those with additional needs, learn to regulate their emotions at all times.
