What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Special Educational Needs Coordinator at All Saints’ Church of England School, Putney to lead and develop our inclusive practice across the school to promote the best possible outcome for children with SEND both in terms of the wellbeing and academic successes.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in leading the responsibility for SEND
- Able to provide outstanding support and direction for the coordination of SEND across the school
- An outstanding practitioner with high expectations for all pupils and leads by example
- Committed to developing the whole child in an environment that fosters inclusivity; everyone feels valued
- Committed to promoting Christian values and contributing to the Christian ethos of the school
