Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) job summary
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a SENCO to join the team at Riverside. The role involves working alongside our Deputy Head for Inclusion in leading the provision for pupils with SEN across the school and overseeing the school’s SEND strategy and policy. The role will also involve teaching groups of pupils with SEN.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a minimum of three years’ experience who has a passion for teaching children with SEN and a relentless desire to ensure that all children make excellent progress. The successful candidate will hold the NASENCO Award or will be willing to achieve it within three years of taking on the post.
