What skills and experience we're looking for

• Passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
• A willingness to take part in swimming is essentials the students take part in swimming as part of the curriculum. You must also be over 18 to apply for this job.
• Enthusiastic and motivated people, who are able to engage with our students
  
• Able to communicate clearly in a calm and respectful manner, be reliable and trustworthy and work within the school’s policies, including safeguarding and child protection.
  
• Experience is not necessary but a passion to support children and young people with special educational needs is essential.
