What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- be a qualified teacher with experience of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs or a strong commitment to developing expertise in this area.
- have a thorough understanding of planning, delivering and assessing a modified curriculum for pupils with additional needs
- be passionate about enabling every child to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.
- have experience of developing a team of support staff within the provision
- demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
