What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to contribute to the continued success of the school’s Specialist Provision which opened in September 2020.
Our specialist provision is for EYFS and KS1 pupils who have an EHCP with wide-ranging complex needs. You will work closely with the existing staff team at Burton End, the Director of SEND and staff across the schools in the trust’s specialist hubs and through your expertise provide the education and support pupils with significant special needs require to flourish.

Our specialist hub known as ‘Explorers’ supports twelve pupils with complex SEND needs to access appropriate provision that is inclusive within the communities they live. We are committed to a joined up all-through approach to support the children in our academies and beyond, providing high quality tailored specialist provision and supporting their families.
