About Us and the Role
We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) at Lordship Farm Primary School, launching in January 2026, with preparatory work starting in September 2025. We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead Teacher to take a central role in establishing and leading this provision.
Our SRP will extend our inclusive educational offer and reflect our school’s core belief: that every child is unique, with individual needs, abilities, and potential. We set high expectations and foster ambition in a nurturing, respectful environment.
This leadership role involves day-to-day management of the SRP and its staff, working closely with the school’s SENCOs and Inclusion Leader to ensure the highest standards of teaching, care, and support.

What You’ll Bring
Experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly in the areas of cognition and learning, communication, and autism.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, liaise with external agencies, and engage effectively with families.
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of each child, with a focus on specialist literacy approaches and inclusive curriculum access.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience supporting children with speech, language, literacy, and social communication difficulties.
A keen interest in deepening your understanding of speech sound disorders and their impact on learning.
Experience contributing to whole-school strategies for supporting pupils with speech and language needs.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
