The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is on an aspirational journey to achieve educational excellence for all and as such is opening a Specialist Resource Provision at Studley St Mary’s C.E. Academy where children will be nurtured and educated in a way that matches their needs. The role is suited for someone with a sense of purpose, a positive outlook and attitude, and a passion for helping children be the best that they can be.
We are looking for a teacher who:
Has a proven ability to teach pupils with C&I needs effectively through the use of dynamic & engaging techniques.
Has the ability to lead a provision and manage staff in an effective way towards outstanding practice.
Is able to reflect and see solutions in daily teaching, in own practice and that of the team.
Can use their initiative to solve problems.
Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.
Will build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
