Academy where children will be nurtured and educated in a way that matches their needs. The role is suited for someone with a sense of purpose, a positive outlook and attitude, and a passion for helping children be the best that they can be.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Has a proven ability to teach pupils with C&I needs effectively through the use of dynamic & engaging techniques.

  • Has the ability to lead a provision and manage staff in an effective way towards outstanding practice.

  • Is able to reflect and see solutions in daily teaching, in own practice and that of the team.

  • Can use their initiative to solve problems.

  • Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.

  • Will build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
