The culture, leadership, practice, and deployment of the Trust’s resources are designed to ensure that we meet the needs of all our children. As a Trust we aim to ensure the needs of each individual child are recognised and met through varied and flexible provision delivered throughout the curriculum and the school day.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SEND teacher who has a nurturing approach with high expectations for the children within the base and school. They will be highly motivated and have the ambition and drive to enable every child to be the best that they can be and have a passion for improving the outcomes for children with additional needs.

What the school offers its staff

You will also be expected to use ICT in a fully integrated way as a tool to support your planning, teaching, tracking of the curriculum and in the activities within the classroom to support the children's development.
