The successful candidate will:

Be happy to support the Catholic ethos of our school
Have experience at working with SEMH children
Be able to build strong and trusting relationships
Have experience using a trauma informed approach and be committed to using this
Be able to nurture and guide our children to reach their full potential
Have experience observing, tracking and reviewing next steps
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
Be dynamic, resilient and proactive
Have a reflective and evaluative approach to their practice

Salary: Band C £24,796.00 - £25,989.00 FTE

25 hours a week, 38.5 weeks a year

Contracts: Fixed-term contract: asap - August 2026
