What skills and experience we're looking for

You will support students’ independent learning and progress in accordance with the national curriculum and with behaviour management strategies. This role includes supporting students’ with behaviours that challenge and it is desirable that candidates have previous behaviour support experience. You will prepare resources and the classroom for planned activities. You will work as part of a team to support the teacher.
