MOUNT CHARLES PRIMARY SCHOOL Speech and Language Higher Level Teaching Assistant (REF: MOU063) Permanent 31.25 hours per week term time plus 3 INSET days Actual salary £13,409-£15,529 Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an organised, committed and highly skilled Speech and Language Higher Level Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and work with fantastic children. You will take a pro-active role as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team in the support of children, teachers, the curriculum and the school. Our Speech and Language HLTA will support the professional work of teachers in delivering programmes of work and taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. You will be expected to plan and deliver speech and language sessions and resourcing for classes, under the direction of an external Speech and Language Therapist. You must be passionate about children's learning and supportive in working with and alongside other professionals. You must be committed to maintaining high standards and expectations.
