Sports Centre Assistant job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a new member of staff to join our Sports Centre Team as a Sports Centre Leisure Assistant. We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to play a key role in helping ensure the success and day to day running of the Sports Centre.
The Sports Leisure Assistant will support the Sports Centre Manager in all aspect of the Sports Centre operations. The successful applicant will be flexible and hard working.
Suitable candidates will possess:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills/qualifications (GCSE Level C/4 or above).
Good IT skills.
Ability to work independently and show initiative or as part of a team.
Flexibility and a willingness to undertake further training and professional development.
Some knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace.
Knowledge of sport and fitness with a positive, confident and enthusiastic attitude
The hours are currently - Tuesday's 5pm - 10pm (5 hours) and Wednesday's 5pm - 10pm (5 hours)
