Building on the success of our partner sites, we are delighted to introduce our new Sports Centre, Club Priestnall, located within Priestnall School. This development leads to a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate Sports Centre Assistant to become a part of our brand new team. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a key part in ensuring our facilities provide a welcoming and positive experience for all our new members. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting the daily interaction with community users along with the day-to-day cleaning, setting up and supervision of gym and sports facilities.

Club Priestnall will have a variety of sporting facilities available to hire to local community groups and sporting clubs. Facilities available from October 2024 will include:

  • 3G Pitch
  • Fitness Gym
  • Dance Studios
  • Sports Hall
  • Squash Courts

Job Purpose

  • To assist in the smooth running of the sports centre facilities.
  • To liaise with the Heads of the School PE Department to ensure smooth operation/changeover between school and community use.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent
  • Must be able to move equipment correctly. (e.g. badminton posts, table tennis tables)
  • Prior experience in a similar role
