What skills and experience we're looking for
The Priory City of Lincoln Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Sports Centre Receptionist to join our team. We have the following opportunity within our Sports Centre. You will work independently in a front line position within a team of receptionists.
Your main responsibilities will be;
- To act as the first point of contact for Sports Centre customers;
- To receive Junior Learn to Swim termly payments and sell swimming badges;
- To have responsibility for the Sports Centre reception money;
- To receive queries from customers, dealing with them or passing on as appropriate.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently; previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
