We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy individual to join the team at Neale-Wade Academy as the Sports Centre Supervisor. If you are interested in this role, we look forward to welcoming you to tour the facilities.
About the role:
As the Sports Centre Supervisor, you will ensure the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre runs smoothly - from managing staffing, safety, and supervision to liaising with customers and promoting the use of our facilities. You will also be a keyholder and act as ‘Duty Officer’ when required, working closely with our Site Manager and caretaking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure staffing, cleanliness, supervision, and safety standards are met at all times.
- Act as the main point of contact for weekend lettings; supervise staff and support lettings organisers.
- Manage lettings documentation and coordinate with the Finance Office to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Promote community use of the facilities and actively market holiday and sports activities.
- Uphold Health & Safety, safeguarding, and equal opportunities standards.
