Sports Coach/Enrichment HLTA job summary

Orion Coopers is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach / Enrichment HLTA to support the delivery of high-quality physical education, sport and enrichment opportunities across the school.

Working under the leadership of the Head of PE, you will play a key role in increasing participation in physical activity through the organisation and delivery of structured breaktime, lunchtime and after-school activities. You will support pupils' physical wellbeing, engagement and personal development whilst contributing to the positive culture and ethos of the school.

The successful candidate will support learning within PE lessons, work with individuals and groups of pupils and lead agreed activities independently, helping to ensure that all pupils have access to high-quality sporting and enrichment opportunities. The role will also involve developing inclusive extracurricular provision, promoting positive participation and encouraging pupils to engage fully in school life through sport and enrichment.
