What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified sports coach in one of the following areas: Hockey, Rugby, Cricket.

Coaching will be the main focus of the role with support to the broader life of the school as a learning support assistant

The Island Free School is an extremely successful and popular secondary school. Our school is highly academic and all pupils follow the English Baccalaureate, with GCSE programmes of study in all subject areas. The school, which was created by parents and teachers, opened to year 7 pupils in 2014 and we are now at capacity. Our model has proved very popular with Island families and we are heavily over-subscribed.
