Unity Education Trust is 3-19 Multi Academy Trust sponsoring academies in our family of schools in mainstream primary, secondary and post 16 provision, and within our specialist and Complex Needs provision across Norfolk.

Unity Education Trust are recruiting for a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) Lead Teacher to lead our Specialist Resource Base for children with Autistic Spectrum Conditions at Greyfriars Academy and as part of the UET Central Services Team with flexibility to work across other bases as required.

The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of teaching, learning, specialist support and safeguarding for the pupils within the SRB, enabling pupils to make accelerated progress and to meet their special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will manage a staff team of teaching and support staff within the SRB, providing inspirational leadership which enables individuals to operate at their best, supporting their continued professional development in a cycle of continuous improvement.
