Danecourt School is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and professional Staff Attendance and Welfare Support Officer to join our team.

Hours: 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

About the Role:

As a Staff Attendance and Welfare Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of staff attendance related tasks. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and the HR team based within our central office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing staff attendance records and related administrative tasks

  • Supporting the welfare of our staff members

  • Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a professional and personable individual who is dedicated to delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A positive work ethic and proactive approach

  • Experience in providing administrative support

  • Experience in HR admin support (desirable but not essential)

  • A qualification in Business Administration or HR (desirable but not essential)

The school caters for children with a wide breadth of need including complex learning difficulties, autism and social emotional mental health needs.
