What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Lead on Inclusion and SEND with 50% teaching commitment
  • Have an excellent understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recent developments within the primary phase.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community.
  • Identify and implement successful inclusion strategies for all pupils
  • Provide significant input into curriculum development and coherence
  • Demonstrate effective behaviour management skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships
  • Have a thorough understanding of and commitment to equality of opportunity
  • Show resilience and willingness to face new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity
