What skills and experience we're looking for
- Lead on Inclusion and SEND with 50% teaching commitment
- Have an excellent understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recent developments within the primary phase.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community.
- Identify and implement successful inclusion strategies for all pupils
- Provide significant input into curriculum development and coherence
- Demonstrate effective behaviour management skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships
- Have a thorough understanding of and commitment to equality of opportunity
- Show resilience and willingness to face new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity
