What skills and experience we're looking for

What you’ll bring:

  • A shared belief that we can effect change and transform the provision of CEIAG
  • QCF level 6 qualification or Diploma in Careers Guidance
  • Deep understanding of technical and vocational pathways, the CDI framework, PAL and Gatsby Benchmarks
  • A proven ability to deliver projects, strategies and career outcomes in schools/academies.
  • And an approach that inspires and motivates others to share your unwavering commitment to achieving positive career outcomes for our young people.
  • A willing ness to innovate, challenge and disrupt how we create, deliver, monitor and celebrate exceptional careers and employability education.
